This website is built using Sandvox with one of its many attractive site templates. I used Sandvox for this site precisely because I didn't want to spend a huge amount of time on it, and I wanted something clean, simple, and attractive.
Sandvox is very easy to use, wysiwyg, produces standards compliant code, and works well with most web hosts (as well as dot Mac).
What Sandvox isn't is a serious web development tool with support for serious scripters. Nor does it produce clean or elegant code (actually it produces very messy code, but nothing compared to iWeb).
If you're a Mac user, you probably have access to iWeb for free, so you should make sure that this doesn't meet your needs before shelling out cash for Sandvox. You might also check out Rapidweaver.
